Empowering Students Through Leadership and Community Service

Turning Leadership into Action

The club was founded in early 2023 at the school by Rodrigo Le Masson (Founder) and Isabella Mendizabal (Co-founder), former student participants of WOSL’s Programs, with the mission of dedicating its members’ time and talents to supporting communities across Guatemala without relying on large financial contributions.

Its vision is to foster social awareness among club members, empowering them to make a positive impact in their communities through their own actions and help improve the quality of life in Guatemala.

Club History

Over time, the initiative grew from a temporary project into a year-round school club, supporting public schools, orphanages, hospitals, and other communities. Since 2025, the club has also received support from organizations such as Ciprevica and WOSL, which has helped expand its initiatives and increase its impact.

Future Plan

Looking ahead, the club’s goal is to remain active at the school and eventually establish a formal nonprofit organization that will allow it to expand its reach and create a sustainable, long-term impact.
